Commissions and Customs

Thinking of getting a commission or a custom item? Please reach out to me via email to discuss what you would like before you make any purchases!

I have the right to decline any commission or custom item for any reason.

  • Initial Email: Use the email header “Commission Inquiry” and describe in detail what you would like. I will get back to you as soon as I can. I will provide a price which will include the estimated shipping cost. Once you and I agree to proceed, you will need to pay a deposit.
  • Deposit: Must be paid before I can begin working on a custom item. These are found either in the Square Store under the item’s “Custom” option, or for items not in the Store, I will send you an invoice though Square to the email you provide. I will let you know which of the two you need to do. Note: For some items, such as small things like a card, this may be the full payment.
  • Sketch and Corrections: Once a sketched draft of your custom item is complete, I will email images of the work to you so that you may correct anything that needs correcting. Once the work is to your liking, I will finish the item.
  • For Items with Remaining Payment: The rest of payment is due after the sketch and corrections. An invoice will be sent to your email via Square Invoice.
  • Completion Time: I will provide you an estimated completion date for your item once I receive your deposit. Once the item is finished, I will email you the final result and ship it (if it requires shipping).
